Why the list is short and fixed
Naming the book is what lets a lean carry one price instead of an announced price plus a worst-case floor. So a lean can only quote a book we actually read — which is why the tracked list is short, fixed, and matched exactly rather than fuzzily.
There is no default book. If none of them showed a price, the lean carries no book, rather than borrowing one that never offered the number we quoted.
Caesars appears in the odds feed under the key williamhill_us, a leftover from William Hill US. Same book, older name.
