Governor Kim Reynolds signed a bill into law on April 15, 2019 to legalize sports betting in the state. The Lowa Racing and Gaming Commission (IRGC) oversees all sports betting in the state. They are a state agency that regulates all forms of gambling in Lowa, from casinos to sports betting. The legal gambling age in the state is 21 years or older.
